If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +94 74 118 9183 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We use CityPack to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within one week. We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 1 week to anywhere in Sri Lanka, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable. Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Warranty & Return
We provide limited warranty only if specified in the product page. If you have identify defect with the product, please notify us within warranty period from date of shipment. No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, misuse, static discharge, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.
The product must be returned with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return. You must cover the cost of returning the product. in order to maintain high product quality, we will not accept any return items if product is not in original mint and clean condition.
Changing or Canceling An Order
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only)to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
